This one of a kind handcrafted sterling silver and 18K yellow gold ring is a Kat Feller creation. The 1.18CT purple Sapphire cabochon is set in an 18K gold bezel on a 5.25MM wide sterling band. Hand forged bands of 18K gold add to the beauty of this ring. AVAILABLE SIZES: 6 through 9, all half-sizes included.
